Last update: March 2024
The payments you make or receive through Humanoria Progressive Group SRL’s website, www.theglobalsaleshub.com (the “Site”), are governed by the following terms (these “Payment Terms”).
Revenue is the money earned by sellers who provide sales services to GSH by introducing new clients, or to companies by effectively selling their projects to clients who are not affiliated with them.
Payment Services Provider(s): These are the business service providers who offer payment services to businesses and sellers in relation to the GSH platform. These services include those related to collecting money from businesses for purchases, sending and withdrawing money to sellers, exchanging money for payments made in local currencies, and holding money in relation to GSH Balances.
2.1 Registration of new clients
Every newly registered company by you on the GSH platform credits your account with a revenue amount equivalent to the first three months of the confirmed package.
After packages are entirely submitted and payment is completed, GSH accredits Sellers.
2.2 Project service provision
Each Project you sell and successfully complete, accredits your account with revenue equal to 100% of the commission value included in project description area. Please be aware that GSH will also invoice the Company an additional 20% of the respective commission that represents GSH revenue.
GSH accredits Sellers once an Project is completed. The completion of the project means that Companies confirmed the services provided and payment is released.
2.3 General
Companies are liable for paying all direct and indirect taxes, such as income tax, GST, and VAT, that may be imposed on them by their jurisdiction’s laws based on their place of residence or other factors. Companies guarantee and indicate that they have complied with, and will continue to comply with, all applicable income tax laws in their country. All applicable taxes and fees are included in the price displayed on the Project page for the Companies.
Sellers are responsible for having a legal entity in order to be able to issue invoices, also responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction. Sellers represent and warrant that they comply, and will comply at all times, with their obligations under income tax provisions in their jurisdiction.
Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent: Seller hereby appoints GSH as Seller’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Companies, and remitting those payments to Seller. Seller agrees that payment from Companies to GSH shall be considered the same as a made directly to Seller. Company’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by GSH (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and GSH (via its Payment Services Provider, as applicable) is responsible for remitting the funds to the Seller in the manner described in these Payment Terms. In the event that GSH (via Payment Services Provider) does not remit any such amounts to Seller, the Seller will have recourse only against GSH and not the Company directly. Seller agrees that GSH may describe or otherwise reflect the terms contained herein in any terms of service, receipts, disclosures, or notices including, but not limited to, receipts provided to Company that GSH may deem necessary or prudent.
In order to collect payments from Companies, transfer those payments to Sellers, and keep cash in relation to GSH Balances or GSH platform services, GSH collaborates with Payment Services Providers. The GSH Payment Services Providers handle all payment services related to cash withdrawals on the GSH platform.
All funds eligible for Withdrawal will be held on your behalf at an account with GSH’s Payment Services Provider. All payment services, including withdrawal services, will be provided by GSH’s Payment Services Provider.
In order to request your revenue, you need to fulfill two requirements:
To have the Company confirmation that the services have been completed
To attach a valid invoice for the respective value
The information that is included in the invoice, such as the company name, registration data, and bank account, should match the information on your GSH profile.
Only after a safety clearance period of one day after the new company is created and money is received from new companies, and seven days after the project is declared complete and payment is received from companies, are revenues made accessible for withdrawal from the revenue page.
By selecting the “Ask payment” option and supplying the previously mentioned information (masked as requirements), sellers may request payment for their sales.
In order to stop fraudulent or illegal activities, GSH may momentarily suspend a Seller’s ability to withdraw money due to security concerns. This could be the consequence of security flaws, inappropriate activity that other users have brought to our attention, or linking several GSH accounts to one withdrawal service provider.
You can only withdraw the money that is available to you.
Withdrawal costs could change based on the conditions and the seller’s bank of origin.
Withdrawals are irreversible and final. Once this procedure starts, there is no turning back.
In certain cases, Sellers may Ask Payments in several different currencies. GSH’s Payment Services Providers handle all currency exchange services related to these withdrawals. Because your GSH Balance is always calculated using its US$ value, the local currency amount of your GSH Balance could fluctuate every day due to changes in exchange rates and conversion costs. Revenues in US dollars can always be withdrawn by sellers.
After a safety period of ninety days, starting from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to GSH’s permission, sellers will be eligible to withdraw their earnings from disabled accounts.
3.3 Withdrawal Methods
Local Bank Transfer: Each transfer costs $3 USD.accessible everywhere.
Every time a payout is made, there is a currency conversion fee of 2% of the entire amount.
* Depending on your location and currency, additional fees could be charged
4.1 Overview
Companies pay GSH to buy a Package where they can create one or several Projects or to pay completed Projects or to buy Specific Services. GSH partners with Payment Services Providers for purposes of collecting all payments from Companies, transferring such payments from Companies to Sellers (for the cases of completed Projects), and holding funds in connection with GSH Balances and direct GSH services. All payments services in connection with the collection of funds on the GSH platform are performed by GSH’s Payment Services Providers.
In the case of payment of completed Projects, GSH serves as Seller’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Company, and remitting those payments to Seller. Company’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by GSH (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and GSH (via its Payment Service Provider, as applicable) is responsible for remitting the funds to the Seller in the manner described in these Payment Terms. In the event that GSH (via Payment Services Provider) does not remit any such amounts to Seller, the Seller will have recourse only against GSH and not the Company directly.
You can use one of the following payment options to make purchases on GSH:
Debit or credit card
Transfer of wires
You may not request payment from Sellers or use a different payment method than the one available on the globalsaleshub.com website. If you have been asked to use a different payment method, please contact customer service right away at support@theglobalsaleshub.com.
You consent to receiving electronic versions of GSH’s invoices and/or payment receipts by email, the Site, or PDF documents.
In order to safeguard against fraudulent activities, unapproved transactions (such money laundering), litigation, and other obligations, GSH or its Payment Services Providers may obtain payment information related to withdrawals. Payment service providers have the right to gather additional data if needed in order to process withdrawal payments. The payment information given to payment service providers is not disclosed to GSH and is governed by the privacy statement that each payment service provider has in place.
When making purchases on GSH through any payment method and/or providing payment details, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally permitted to disclose such information; (b) you are permitted by law to use the payment method or methods; (c) if you are an employee or agent of a business or individual that owns the payment method, you are authorized by that business or individual to use the payment method to make payments on GSH; and (d) such actions do not contravene any applicable laws.
4.2 Local Currencies
GSH accepts payments in a number of different currencies. The pricing will be rounded to the nearest whole number for your convenience. You’ll see the precise amount that needs to be paid at the register. You will be billed in the currency shown on the payment page, unless otherwise specified. GSH’s Payment Services Providers handle all currency exchange services related to payments made in local currencies. Though the price may appear in a different currency, you will occasionally be charged in US dollars since some payment systems may not support specific currencies. In any case, you will be made aware of the precise charged amount (in the real currency of payment) in advance of completing the payment.
Because all prices on GSH are calculated from their original US$ values, prices in non-US$ currencies are subject to daily adjustments based on changes in exchange rates and may additionally contain translation costs. Businesses can always choose to convert their currency and pay in US dollars.
In the event that you paid for a service in a currency other than US dollars and it was subsequently canceled for any reason, the amount that you would receive back would depend on the exchange rate in effect on the cancellation date. Consequently, although keeping the same US$ value, the returned amount may differ in local currency from the amount paid.
4.3 Promo Codes
We could occasionally provide you with promo codes to use when buying Packages and/or other services from the Site at a discounted price. Promo codes can only be used for purchases made on GSH. They have various time restrictions and expire at the end of the specified period. Simply enter the promotional code on the checkout page to use it. Your purchase will not qualify for the discount if you don’t do this. Users are only permitted to use promo codes once, and they cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes could be subject to further rules and limitations, which you will be informed of when you receive the codes. In the event of fraud, abuse, or a breach of the terms of service, promo codes may be nullified. Promo codes may be changed or canceled at any moment by GSH.
Applicable regulations may mandate that GSH withhold taxes or charge users indirect taxes (such sales tax, VAT, or GST). Any amount that GSH is obligated to withhold will be subtracted from the Seller’s revenue in accordance with applicable regulations, and any money that GSH is required to collect will be in addition to the purchase price and any other fees that the Company will need to pay.
The price listed on the website does not include indirect taxes, which will always be disclosed to the company prior to payment.
Users are liable for paying any direct or indirect taxes, such as income tax, GST, or VAT, that may be imposed on them by their jurisdiction’s laws based on their place of residence or other factors.
We encourage our Companies and Sellers in trying to resolve disputes within their own ranks. Users can email support@theglobalsaleshub.com to get in touch with GSH’s Customer Support department if this doesn’t work for them.
6.1 Basics
Project cancellations are possible on GSH, however companies are still responsible for paying for services rendered up until the termination date.
It is against these Payment Terms to dispute a transaction or reverse a payment through your bank or payment provider. Your account could be disabled either permanently or temporarily if you do this. Note: Because of our responsibilities to the payment provider, the money will not be eligible for a refund once you have filed a dispute with them.
It is advised that you use the Support option to try to fix any problems you may be having with the services included in a project.
GSH maintains the right, via its Payment Services Provider, to halt payments for any alleged fraudulent activity on the Site or to cancel Projects.
It is not permitted to ask sellers for additional services above and beyond what was first agreed upon.
6.2 Cancellations of Projects
GSH encourages direct resolution of service problems between Companies and Sellers.
GSH will evaluate a number of issues, such as general misconduct, improper use of the GSH delivery system, and violations of our Terms of Service, before granting requests to cancel projects. For qualifications specific to GSH, see below.
Up to 14 days after the project (or milestone) is declared complete, it is possible to terminate finished projects (or, if applicable, completed milestones) after our Customer Support staff reviews them. Please be aware that projects cannot be terminated in part (we can only cancel the project as a whole when it makes sense).
Our Customer Support team has the unusual authority to cancel a finished project even after 14 days have elapsed, provided that we deem it suitable. In these circumstances, the money paid for the abandoned Project will be reimbursed to the Company and subtracted from the Seller’s subsequent sales.
If the service was provided in accordance with the specifications listed on the project page, projects cannot be canceled due to the seller’s quality of service delivered. You can give the Seller’s experience, as well as the overall quality of the services you obtained, a rating.
In order to address your concerns and seek a resolution with the service rendered by their Seller, you must contact Customer Support. When a Project’s applicable party fails to notify their seller of problems with the seller’s service, Customer Support will not take any action against the seller and will instead let the seller resolve the issue first. This excludes the use of GSH beyond authorized use.
After being examined by our Customer Support staff, any unauthorized use of GSH found during a project may lead to the project’s cancellation. This covers, among other things, harassment, illegal activity, and other infractions of GSH’s terms of service.
GSH reserves the right to terminate projects for any of the following reasons, among others:
Active Projects (before the Seller delivers on GSH and after the Sellers receive the requirements):
By threatening each other with negative ratings or using order materials (such login credentials and personal information) against one another, users abuse one another.
Users provided or included materials that violated copyright or trademarks as part of their specifications or the delivery from the Seller.
Because of their account termination or violations of the Terms of Service, the Company is no longer an active user of GSH.
Projects that are delivered (after the seller provides services):
The Seller does not give any files or documentation pertaining to the rendered services, so the Company is unable to verify
The seller withholds the last service supply that is directly related to the predetermined needs in order to demand extra payments, either on or off the GSH platform.
When a user uses the Ask Payment Request button improperly, the company may provide them with more services than what was agreed upon.
Completed Projects (after the order is marked as complete and before the 7-day limitation):
users who have used things that violate copyright or trademarks after being verified and provided with evidence.
6.3 Chargebacks
On behalf of Sellers, GSH examines issues involving chargebacks and disputes from payment providers. Despite the fact that outcomes differ for every chargeback reason, we make a lot of effort to settle disputes in the seller’s favor. Sellers will receive all or a portion of their revenue returned from GSH (or one of GSH’s Payment Services Providers) if the chargeback case permits; if not, the Seller will be responsible for paying the chargeback amount.
6.4 Refunds
Payments for canceled projects are not automatically returned to your payment processor by GSH. Order cancellation funds are reimbursed to the company.
7.1 Adjustments
These Payment Terms are subject to change at any moment by GSH. GSH will update the terms listed here as soon as these modifications are implemented.
You acknowledge and agree that GSH will consider your use of GSH to be your acceptance of the amended Payment Terms if you use it after the date on which the Payment Terms were modified.
